    Hi Melnyks,

I am keen to learn mandarin both oval and reading. I just engage a tuitor
to help and am keen to broader my learning experience in my own time.
I try to listen to some of your audio, but cannot find the sample of a full
transcript. My challenge is to learn the vocabulary, reading and practical
conversation, I can follow the pronounciation / tones quite well.
Could you please let me know:
    1. how do you charge. It is per subscription per period or by lesson? and
    how we make payment?
    2. how do we get started
    3. can I download the audio to my electronic dictionary, and print the full
    transcript?
    4. is there a different level of study? eg. beginner, advance and so on
    5. I just come to taiwan and plan to live here for at least 2 years, so do
you have the transcript in traditional chinese?
    6. Do you provide support to your subscribers for example if we need
specific help to pronounce certain words or find out how to use the words
in a context. if so, how do we go about it?
